I’ve always been a people watcher & try to learn from other’s successes as well as mistakes. I wish we could all take a breath before speaking / acting / reacting; especially in the midst of stressors. With so many difficult events that surround us & struggles within our own lives I think it becomes easier to forget that others also have plates full of struggles so a kind word or even a smile goes a long way to help them through their day.
I've seen a lot of people complain about the kinds of behavior that they end up exhibiting when they're irritated. I'm not sure people realize they're doing it, or just don't think about it after they've screamed at a cashier because their coupons were expired.
